About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Perioperative Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10 hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM Experience: 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience required; strong neuro skills preferred License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support required; ACLS preferred; CNOR preferred Must-Have: IV start skills preferred; Pre-op area skills preferred Description: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of recent experience in an operating room setting. Candidates must possess strong neuro skills and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. A minimum of three to five years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience is preferred. Skills in the pre-operative area and IV starts are preferred. All candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse License in the relevant state. Basic Life Support certification is required, while ACLS and CNOR certifications are preferred. Skills-based hiring is enabled for this position.
