Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Hinesville, GA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, with a guaranteed 36 hours and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outpatient settings, although new graduates are welcome to apply. You will provide quality care while managing a patient population that requires various orthopedic interventions. You may float to other clinics as needed, ensuring a collaborative approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Manage an average caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Adhere to productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Ensure documentation and patient records are maintained accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient experience is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates.
• No acceptance of PTA roles; only licensed Physical Therapists will be considered.
