Job Summary: Support facilities operations by overseeing maintenance and central plant systems. Lead team activities and ensure safe reliable operation of building systems in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Support daily maintenance operations and staff coordination Inspect and monitor boilers chilled water systems and related equipment Evaluate system performance and identify maintenance needs Adjust and maintain building automation systems Respond to system alarms and equipment issues Monitor generators pumps and central plant equipment Support medical gas systems and related equipment Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor work Inspect completed work and support project activities Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering or related experience Strong knowledge of building systems and plant operations Experience with central plant equipment and BAS systems Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines Strong communication and leadership skills Experience leading and training staff Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred: Stationary Engineer license preferred Refrigeration license preferred Ability to obtain required certifications Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 annually Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
