HR Assistant

Human Resources GeneralistThe Greer Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the HR team at an established automotive manufacturing facility in Mebane, NC. This is a hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll support a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, and day-to-day HR administration. We're looking for someone who is flexible, approachable, organized, and comfortable changing priorities as the needs of the plant and employees change.What You'll Do:Support the HR team with daily Human Resources activitiesAssist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiringCoordinate new-hire onboarding and orientationAssist employees with HR-related questions and concernsProvide support with employee relations, attendance, and documentationMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationAssist with timekeeping and timeclock administrationSupport employee badge/access systemsAssist with employee communications and HR projectsWork closely with HR leadership, supervisors, and employees throughout the facilityProvide additional HR support wherever neededWhy This Role?This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who likes being involved in all areas of Human Resources rather than being limited to one function.
