Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

CNC Operator Qualifications: Step Up to the Machine (Requirements)
- GED or high school diploma required; tech school background preferred.
- 4+ years working directly on CNC lathes or mills.
- Solid understanding of blueprints, measurements, and part tolerances.
- Team player who values precision and safety.
- Must be physically able to lift and stand for long periods.

The Shift. The Grit and Skill (Job Duties)
- Run CNC machines from start to finish — setup, operation, inspection.
- Read blueprints and adjust programs to meet exact tolerances.
- Inspect work using micrometers and calipers.
- Keep your station organized and the workflow steady.
