React / Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

The ideal candidate will work across backend and frontend technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring performance, security, and excellent user experience. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (8+/11+) and Spring Boot. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Implement business logic, data processing, and system integrations. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability. Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js. Build reusable components and front-end libraries. Integrate frontend components with backend APIs. Optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility. Work across the technology stack to deliver end-to-end solutions. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers for pixel-perfect implementations. Manage application state effectively using Redux or Context API. Build and consume RESTful services. Work with JSON, protocols, and API integration. Integrate systems with third-party services and enterprise platforms. Design, develop, and manage relational and NoSQL databases. Write efficient queries and optimize database performance. Work with databases like: MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance. Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Work with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong proficiency in: Java 8+/11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Hands-on experience with: REST API development Microservices architecture React concepts including Hooks and Redux The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75000 - 90000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
