Branch Account Manager – Denver, CO
Location: Denver, Colorado (ZIP Code 80011)
Work Schedule: Hybrid. Office attendance on Mondays and Fridays, with travel throughout the week within the assigned territory.
Travel: Up to 50%
Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $150,000 annually
Car Allowance: $400/month
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of Banking, ATM, and Retail accounts. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a hunter mentality who enjoys building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain and grow an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
- Respond promptly to client requests and provide outstanding customer service.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams.
- Plan, schedule, and lead client business reviews.
- Proactively meet with clients to ensure service expectations are consistently met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support and implement pricing and rate increase initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and account management experience.
- Strong understanding of branch or operational environments.
- P&L experience is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
