Sales Enablement Manager

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for overseeing development strategy through talent development, onboarding, communications, change management, and program coordination. The role helps ensure new processes, tools, capabilities, and organizational changes are effectively implemented and adopted.

Your day to day

• Develop and maintain Development competency models, onboarding programs, and training plans.
• Coordinate onboarding and readiness activities for new Development and Enablement roles.
• Support delivery of sales kickoff, training, coaching, and capability development initiatives.
• Develop communication plans and messaging for organizational changes and strategic initiatives.
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across workstreams.
• Track program adoption, engagement, and effectiveness metrics.
• Support leadership reporting, governance activities, and change management effort.

What we need from you

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, organizational development, PMO, change management, or communications.
• Experience building onboarding, training, or capability development programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing executive and organizational communications.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and organizational capabilities.
