This position will deliver a superior customer experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.Responsibilities:Greet customersListen to customer needs to make appropriate customer referrals to our banking products and service as well as to other bank staffConducts transactionsResponds to customer inquiries and requests regarding accountsRequirements & Qualifications:Ability to work effectively as a team memberAbility to multi-taskAbility to prioritizeStrong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailAbility to learn to use new technology effectivelyAbility to listen effectivelyStrong communication skillsHigh standard to confidentialityAbility to give and receive feedbackExcellent customer service skillsExperience:High School diploma or equivalentKnowledge of bank products, services and regulations is a plusAmerican Bank provides excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
