Technical Program Manager

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a TPM for a leading company in the fintech space. This candidate will drive large-scale, developer‑facing engineering programs. This role partners closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams building public APIs, SDKs, and AI‑native developer tools used by an external developer ecosystem. We can pay $50‑55/hour. Drive execution across API and SDK development, including public‑facing developer products. Own and coordinate complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment, delivery, and quality. Lead programs that support developer ecosystems, such as: Developer sandbox environments Internal Test Environments (ITE) Plugins and extensions AI‑native developer tools (e.g., Cursor‑like tooling) Manage the rollout of portions of a shared or monolithic codebase that contribute to a broader platform or product portfolio. Ensure scalable, reliable delivery for products used by a large external developer user base. Experience with Jira, Confluence and Excel. Fintech experience.
