BC/BE Full Scope Psychiatrist Opportunity

MercyOne New Hampton Clinic seeks a BC/BE Full Scope Psychiatrist to join our fully outpatient behavioral health team. Enjoy strong support, flexible practice design, and excellent work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient; no call, weekends, or holidays
• 2 year income guarantee + wRVU model
• $270,000 Recruitment Incentive (120k from Grant Funding)
• Moving assistance up to $15,000

• Collaborative multidisciplinary behavioral health team

Duties

• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations
• Provide follow up visits and medication management
• Maintain thorough, timely EMR documentation

Requirements

BC/BE Psychiatrist, Iowa license eligible, DEA, H1B exempt
