Subscriber Communications Designer Yoh has an exciting opportunity for a Subscriber Communications Designer to join our global entertainment client. This role will focus on the design and production of high-volume digital communications supporting subscriber lifecycle marketing, including weekly newsletters, email campaigns, in-app messaging, and push notifications. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of digital production or communication design experience , exceptional Photoshop skills, and a strong portfolio demonstrating typography, visual hierarchy, image compositing, and pixel-perfect execution. This is a hands-on production role requiring someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, quickly incorporate feedback, and consistently execute within established brand guidelines.

Overview Yoh is seeking a Subscriber Communications Designer to support a high-volume lifecycle marketing and subscriber communications team within a global entertainment organization.

The Designer will primarily be responsible for producing weekly subscriber newsletters and other static digital marketing assets, including email, in-app, and push communications. At any given time, the Designer may be managing 2–4 newsletters in different stages of production, requiring excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly between projects.

This role will partner closely with Art Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to execute creative against established brand systems. The successful candidate should be comfortable receiving multiple rounds of feedback, adapting quickly to changing direction, and independently carrying projects through production with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality digital assets for subscriber lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, in-app messaging, and push communications.
• Produce and manage multiple weekly newsletters, often supporting 2–4 projects simultaneously at different stages of development.
• Partner closely with Art Directors to translate creative direction into polished, production-ready marketing assets.
• Apply established brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across typography, imagery, layout, and overall visual presentation.
• Manipulate, composite, resize, and adapt key art and other visual assets for a variety of digital formats.
• Create pixel-perfect Photoshop compositions with strong attention to detail.
• Version and iterate creative assets across different campaigns, messages, audiences, and placements.
• Incorporate stakeholder and creative feedback efficiently through multiple rounds of revisions.
• Contribute creative concepts and design solutions for larger subscriber and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Maintain organized project files, layers, naming conventions, and production assets for internal team members, agencies, and external partners.
• Manage deadlines across multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced production environment.
• Communicate project status, questions, dependencies, and potential production issues proactively.
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a Digital Production Artist, Communication Designer, Digital Designer, Production Designer, or similar role.
• Strong professional experience with Adobe Photoshop, including advanced image manipulation, compositing, resizing, and asset production.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience producing digital marketing or lifecycle communications such as email, newsletters, in-app messaging, push notifications, CRM campaigns, or similar assets.
• Strong understanding of fundamental graphic design principles, including typography, message hierarchy, composition and layout, visual consistency, image manipulation, and pixel-perfect production.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable receiving frequent creative feedback and quickly adapting work based on changing direction.
• Strong organizational and file-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Art Directors, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can onboard quickly and operate with minimal handholding once familiar with the team's processes.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant digital communication and production design work is required. If the portfolio is password protected, the password must be provided with the application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Figma.
• Previous experience supporting entertainment, streaming, media, subscription, or consumer-facing digital brands.
• Experience working within a lifecycle, CRM, retention, or subscriber marketing organization.
• Experience working in high-volume creative production environments with frequent versioning and revisions.
• Motion design experience is a plus but is not required; the primary focus of this role is static design production.

Estimated Min Rate : $30.71
Estimated Max Rate : $43.87
