Your Role: HVAC Installation Lead

As an HVAC Installation Lead, you'll take ownership of residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. You'll lead a small crew, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver excellent customer experiences while upholding Armstrong's reputation for integrity and expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform installations of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components.

• Plan and organize daily project tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.

• Train and mentor installation apprentices and helpers.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.

• Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members throughout each project.

• Coordinate with office staff to manage schedules, materials, and job documentation.

• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are maintained on every job site.

• Represent Armstrong Comfort Solutions with professionalism and respect.
