Senior Compensation Analyst

A large, mission-driven organization is seeking a strategic and analytical compensation professional to join its growing Compensation team. This role offers the opportunity to influence decisions through data, strengthen compensation programs, and help modernize a high-impact function. About the Opportunity The Senior Compensation Analyst will serve as a trusted compensation partner, supporting employee and provider pay programs while advancing market competitiveness, pay equity, compliance, and operational excellence. The role will lead projects, conduct market analysis and benchmarking, evaluate jobs and pay structures, and translate complex data into practical recommendations for leaders and HR partners. What You’ll Do Lead compensation projects and initiatives that support organizational and HR priorities. Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, compensation analyses, and pay equity reviews. Evaluate jobs and recommend appropriate classifications, pay grades, and compensation actions. Analyze compensation data and develop clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and HR partners. Support the administration of employee and provider compensation programs. Review compensation practices and recommend updates based on market trends and economic conditions. Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, HRIS, and business leaders to advance compensation strategy. Use compensation technology, reporting, and analytics tools to deliver meaningful business insights. Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state wage and hour requirements. Contribute to process improvement and compensation modernization efforts. Qualifications Required Four or more years of experience in compensation administration. Experience with market pricing, compensation analysis, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with a Human Capital Management system such as Workday, Oracle, Lawson, or a comparable platform. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to communicate compensation concepts and recommendations to a range of stakeholders. Preferred Experience supporting a large, complex environment. Certified Compensation Professional certification or comparable compensation credentials. Experience influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Korn Ferry
