Job Title: Senior VP Marketing and Digital Services FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time Reports To: Chief Experience Officer Pay Level: 15 116K to 193K Date: October 2026 Position Objective: The Senior VP of Marketing and Digital Services leads multiple disciplines within the team in developing and executing marketing strategies and digital services with a variety of platforms to include website optimization, analytics, campaign management, digital and social media channels, while using an AI-enabled approach. It is responsible for the development of Minnco Credit Union’s marketing strategy, operating model and performance of the function in accordance with sort and long-term strategic goals. The position oversees brand stewardship, market research, budget management and performance analytics while maximizing the use of assets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Define, implement and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with credit union goals and growth priorities and that departmental goals are measurable and achievable. Oversee brand stewardship Conduct market and data analysis and identify market and industry trends for proactive strategies Evaluate and manage any and all risks associated with strategies and initiatives Execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional and community channels Lead and deliver data driven campaigns, ensuring they meet both member needs and business priorities Pilot member facing digital services to include online applications and website Drive adoption of AI technology to improve marketing effectiveness Partner with other areas of the Credit Union to ensure that the marketing area has the tools to optimize and enhance member engagement and retention Lead, coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams, managing capacity, profitability and resourcing Review and evaluates performance of personnel while promoting collaboration, engagement and alignment Achieve financial objectives by establishing objectives, developing budgets, and controlling costs Ensures continual analysis to measure and improve services Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, providing information and making recommendations Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and risk management standards Leadership and Professionalism Maintain and uphold Minnco’s Core Values in all work Ability to act with integrity and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related fields and 10-15 years of relevant experience At least 5 years within a senior leadership role within financial services or a credit union Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies and practices Proven leadership qualities in growing and guiding cross-functional teams Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strategic mindset with decision making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong creative and design skills Desired Qualifications Master’s degree in marketing or related field Previous experience within a credit union environment Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Audition, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office and Teams environments, with the ability to easily learn other software applications. Environment and Physical Demands: The majority of work will require sitting/standing while using the computer, and participating in meetings (in person, while on the phone, or online). Using finger dexterity for typing on the keyboard plus reading and viewing computer monitor. Work Location Employees will work in an office setting with low noise level, full-time Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00pm.
