Executive Operations Coordinator

Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Operations Coordinator to support Upper Management and Sales in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, manufacturing experience, accurate data-entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. This role will provide customers with product information, pricing, and order updates while ensuring an elevated level of customer service. Hours & Pay:
- On-site
- $30/hour
- M-F 8-5 pm
- Provide order status, pricing, availability, and delivery updates.
- Enter and maintain customer and order information in an ERP/MRP system.
- Coordinate with production to confirm manufacturing schedules and lead times.
- Work with shipping/logistics to track deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
- Manage returns, credits, replacements, and customer complaints.
- Create and maintain quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation.
- Communicate changes in orders, quantities, specifications, or delivery dates.
- Monitor back orders and inventory availability.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies or production-related issues.
- 1-2 years of experience with ERP/MRP software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Manufacturing/production knowledge is required.
