What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries
• Attend deliveries (transport responsibilities not required)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house and on-call neonatologists
• Support high standards of neonatal care across multiple hospitals within Jacksonville's healthcare systems
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Foster a collegial and patient-focused environment

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Prior neonatal or pediatric experience (minimum required)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Residency within the immediate Jacksonville area; relocation may be required
