Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Help shape young lives as a contract speech-language pathologist, serving middle school students in a dynamic educational environment near Rillito, AZ. This rewarding opportunity runs from July 28, 2026, through May 20, 2027, with a flexible 20-hour-per-week schedule that offers the ideal balance for both professional engagement and personal commitments. You will serve a caseload of 59 students, focusing on 1:1 pediatric therapy and group services within a supportive middle school setting.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Arizona SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFs considered
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in a school or middle school environment
• Enthusiasm for working 1:1 with students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to middle school students, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Develop and implement IEPs for students on your caseload, monitoring and reporting progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support each student’s communication development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
• Participate in student support meetings and professional development opportunities
