HR Assistant II

Title HR Assistant II Industry Beauty Location Tampa, FL Duration 3 months Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees and HR partners by providing exceptional customer service via phone and case management systems. Answer and route a high volume of inbound HR‑related inquiries, resolving issues or directing employees to the appropriate resources. Document employee data changes, communications, and case activity with accuracy and attention to detail. Support payroll inquiries by partnering with the Payroll team to research issues and guide employees to the appropriate resolution. Process employee requests, including tuition reimbursement, employment verifications, and policy acknowledgements. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in a customer service, HR support, HR shared services, call center, or administrative support role. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities. Experience supporting payroll inquiries or employee services is preferred.
