Quality Engineer
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- 1 or more years of experience in the practice of quality engineering tools, including Supplier Audits, DPARs, and Design Reviews.
- Knowledge of SAP-PAG and SAP-PDM
- Audit experience (JDS-G223, Process Verification Audits, Special Process Audits, etc.)
- Experience with Riding Lawn Equipment or Utility Vehicle production processes
- Experience with Lean manufacturing
Skills:
- Related experience which may include manufacturing, quality engineering or supply management in a design/manufacturing environment
- • Experience with standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), NCCA (Non-Conformance Corrective Action), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma.
- Experience utilizing advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis to identify, investigate, and resolve problems.
- Experience with drawings and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to lead and identify priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization skills
Education/Experience:
- Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a Technology related discipline or equivalent work experience
