Together, these facilities offer patients the best rehab and nursing care they can obtain after their hospital discharge.\n\n Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN organizes, oversees, & supervises assigned unit activities & staff assignments & demonstrates clinical expertise which is consistent with the established standards of Nursing Practice\n Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN will identify & respond, appropriately & timely, to patient needs\n Monitor, observe, & document vital signs, treatments administered, & patient responses.\n Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN will administer medications & treatments as needed\n Communicate and direct services ongoing or any plan/concerns/information to appropriate team members, resident, family, or medical staff as needed\n Identify & follow disciplinary action as stated in policy\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, physicians, & other vendors'/services\n Perform RN assessment to resident's post incidents or change in condition.\n Lead & direct emergency situations - (Fire alarm, Elopement, etc.)\n Maintain accurate nursing report, staffing sheets, & census roster\n Requirements: \n\n Current & good standing RN License in State of New York\n Previous experience with geriatric/short term rehabilitation/Alzheimer's patients is desirable\n Progressive Nursing experience in a geriatric setting.
