Arctic Circle Supervisor Job Posting Description

The Arctic Circle Supervisor supports daily restaurant operations by helping lead team members, maintain service standards, and ensure guests receive friendly, accurate, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment. This role assists management with shift oversight, team training, food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards while modeling a positive, team-focused approach. The Supervisor helps ensure Arctic Circle delivers exceptional service and premium-quality food"Where the Good Stuff Is!"

• Assist with daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, quality food preparation, and a positive guest experience.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Supervise and direct team member work during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and guest service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
• Engage with guests and help resolve service concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work in various restaurant positions as needed to support team members and business needs.
• Follow company policies, food safety procedures, workplace safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Be organized and self-motivated while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining operational standards.
• Perform other duties, special projects, tasks, and assignments as directed or requested.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.

Minimum 18 years of age. Previous restaurant, food service, guest service, or leadership experience preferred. Ability to support team member training, coaching, and shift direction. Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide friendly, helpful, and professional service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations. Leadership and coaching skills to guide team members and support shift performance. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and maintain operational standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Attention to detail to support accurate orders, quality food preparation, and operational standards. Ability to follow and reinforce food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance consistent with business needs. Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided on company systems and procedures. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to move throughout the restaurant, reach, bend, grasp, carry, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions as needed. Ability to regularly lift and carry less than 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. while performing all functions as set forth.
