$350,000 Floor + $200,000 Incentive | Outpatient Internal Medicine | Sanford Health - Minot, ND

Sanford Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join this established outpatient-only practice in Minot, North Dakota!

Practice Details:

• Outpatient only with minimal call
• M-F with a dedicated half-day of administrative time
• Join 3 family medicine physicians and 8 advanced practice practitioners to grow primary care services within the Minot community
• Two clinic locations, with a brand new multispecialty clinic opening this fall !
• Flexible scheduling, allowing for growth at your own pace
• Lab and radiology services conveniently located on site
• Visiting specialties include: Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Diabetic Management, and more

Competitive Compensation Plan:

• Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
• Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
