We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.Job SummaryThe Head Insulation Technician leads the crew on the job site every day. You'll be running injection foam wall jobs, attic insulation, and crawlspace work — measuring, prepping, installing, and making sure the job is done right the first time. This isn't a desk job. You're on your feet, in attics, in crawlspaces, and on ladders. Experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person on the technical side. What we can't train is work ethic and dependability — that's on you.What You'll DoLead and coordinate the crew on daily insulation jobs — wall injection foam, attic blown-in, and crawlspace insulationAssess each job site and determine the right approach and materials for the spaceMeasure, prep, and install insulation to spec, sealing gaps and joints for maximum efficiencyOperate and maintain equipment (injection rigs, blowers, etc.) safely and correctlyKeep the job site clean, organized, and safe — this is a reflection of our companyFollow all safety protocols and use PPE properly, every timeCommunicate with customers on-site professionally — answer questions, explain the work, leave them confident in the jobTrain and mentor newer crew members as the team growsSpot problems before they become issues and figure out solutions on the flyWhat We're Looking ForCurrent, valid driver's license — non-negotiableDependable, above everything else.
