Retail Store Manager

Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. This position oversees daily store operations, including leading and coaching team members, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The manager is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store environment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory, managing cash handling, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and reporting key performance metrics. The role also involves supporting staff development through training, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture aligned with Prime Communications’ values. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with experience creating positive, consistent in-store experiences. Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and leadership. Proven Store Management experience, including supervising staff, handling operations, and achieving sales targets. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and the ability to apply them to protect company assets. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior wireless or retail sales experience, proficiency with POS systems, and basic financial acumen for interpreting sales reports. Demonstrated leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
