Apartment included Opportunity to make a meaningful impact Supportive and professional work environment Key Responsibilities: Walk the grounds and check all common buildings and amenities, including the Clubhouse, pool, and playground areas, at least twice per night between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., seven nights a week Monitor and identify suspicious activity, reporting it immediately to local authorities and the Community Director Provide extra patrol on holidays such as the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, and as needed Note areas of poor lighting or malfunctioning security lights and report them to the Community Director Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and inform them of your presence on the property Submit a weekly written report/log of all activities encountered to the Community Director Avoid apprehending or attempting a citizen's arrest unless necessary to protect someone from immediate danger Qualifications: Must be a licensed law enforcement officer in the same city or municipality as the property Police academy training or related law enforcement training required About Us: We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure, and inviting environment for our residents.
