Key Responsibilities Deliver professional massage and body treatments in accordance with HBA protocols and licensing standards. Arrive punctually and be fully prepared for each appointment, honoring all scheduled times. Educate members and guests on wellness practices and recommend appropriate treatments or home care. Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment space; restock and sanitize between sessions per Club and state standards. Collaborate with fellow wellness professionals to support spa operations and member satisfaction. Communicate clearly and compassionately with guests and team members. Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to maintain high service standards and expand your skills. Report any concerns, feedback, or maintenance issues to management in a timely manner. Qualifications Current Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing (compliant with Collier County regulations). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a spa, wellness center, or premier private club. Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A genuine desire to provide personalized service and contribute to a supportive team culture. Comfortable with basic computer systems for booking and documentation. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and expertise.
