Construction General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated Construction General Laborer to join our team, assisting either our site civil crews or concrete team based out of Taunton. This role involves supporting various site and concrete pouring projects. The position requires standing for extended periods and is suitable for individuals comfortable with lighter workloads. Previous utility or gas experience is advantageous. We are open for all skill levels with 1+ years of experience. We are offering $20 - $30. You will earn more if you have prior site work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist site civil crews or concrete team with project tasks.
• Support multiple site and concrete pouring projects.
• Stand for long periods while managing assigned duties.
• Perform general labor tasks as required by the project needs.

Essential Skills

• Experience working on construction sites.
• Experience as a site laborer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Flagging experience is a plus.
• Utility or gas experience is beneficial.
• Open to training in concrete work.

Work Environment

Work will be conducted on-site in various locations, including Waltham and Worcester. The role involves eight-hour days from Monday to Friday. Candidates should ideally reside north of Boston. The work environment emphasizes safety and collaboration, with opportunities for skill development in concrete work.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Taunton, MA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
