Shifts: Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This role involves working within a cardiac and telemetry setting, providing both routine and complex care independently. This is not a stepdown unit, and the assignment promises both a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
• Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their level of practice
• Administer medications and treatments using the appropriate protocol; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers; identify issues and resources

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• One year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
