Overview Physical Therapist at Providence Medford Medical Center – Full-Time, Day Schedule. Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for eligible rehires and external hires who meet required qualifications and payment conditions. Job Responsibilities The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient needs. Responsibilities include patient/client evaluation and treatment, and professional consultations to achieve maximum independence based on functional level and potential. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Coursework/Training: May require specialized physical therapy training for specific department needs. Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License (or applicable state). • OR Washington Physical Therapist License (or applicable state). Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification. License in states where care is delivered. Occasional specialized physical therapy experience may be required.
