Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse - Oncology / Outpatient Services. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with potential for extension and is located in Lawrenceville, Georgia (Onsite).

Job Pay Range: $40?$45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: 8-hour Day Shift (8:30 AM 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday
• Duration: 13 weeks (05/18/2026 08/15/2026)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier); Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier)
• On-Call: No
• Provide administrative nursing support within a gynecologic oncology outpatient practice
• Educate patients on their oncology treatment plans, procedures, and supportive care
• Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
• Review patient charts and ensure accurate documentation
• Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Answer patient calls and address clinical questions within scope of practice
• Assist with prior authorizations and insurance coordination as needed
• Maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide emotional support to oncology patients and their families
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Support the practice with various clinical administrative tasks as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must-Have Skills: Minimum 2 years of recent experience within Oncology specialty
• Active RN license in the State of Georgia or valid eNLC compact multi-state license
• AHA BLS certification
• Experience with oncology patients (medication administration not required)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent patient communication and education abilities
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensure/Certification:
• Active RN license in the State of Georgia or valid eNLC compact multi-state license required
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within Oncology specialty required
• Outpatient or clinic experience preferred
• Gynecologic oncology experience a plus
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinic setting
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Proficiency with EMR documentation
• Strong understanding of oncology patient care and treatment pathway
