- Foster the development of emerging leaders and project managers, strengthening the team’s long-term capability
- Champion a people and client-first mindset supporting strong relationships with existing clients while positioning the team to grow and win new work
Drive Client Success & Growth
- Strengthen and expand client relationships across municipal water/wastewater agencies
- Partner with business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Position the team for strategic growth in treatment, conveyance, and pump station programs
Deliver Excellence
- Oversee project performance, ensuring quality, schedule, and financial success
- Act as a senior project manager or principal on key projects
- Support teams in navigating complex technical and client challenges
Build the Future
- Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with broader organizational goals
- Identify opportunities to build programs and expand service offerings
- Collaborate with the Greater Washington Leadership Team on market and operational priorities
