Join us to make positive change by helping build a better world where every person is free to move and pursue their dreams.In this position...Development of optimized sensor subsystem functionality focused on improved sensor accuracy and consistency to provide functional and emissions compliance on next generation systems.Lead robustness studies into subsystem capability to meet necessary functional requirements for all of vehicle fleet over full useful life of the vehicles.Support Calibration technical community in reviewing future sensor implementation and ensuring proper function.Develop requirements for development hardware to interface with new sensorsImplement overall instrumentation for special test vehicles and define special monitoring on vehicles with continuous flight recorders.Develop special testing HW based on microprocessor and development board designs including the associated software.Lead Feature Expert List(FEL) for sensor calibration values used in production vehicles.Gasoline LEV4 exhaust sensor subsystem development ---focusing on life aging and accuracy improvements on sensors and subsystems.Lead studies of improved exhaust system designs for optimal emissions and sensor availabilitySupport LIN based coolant level sensorsLead oil level subsystem verification processSupport SENT sensor subsystem verificationBenchmark competitors in key system attributes related to exhaust sensorsSupport sensor level problem solving investigation on pre-production and production vehiclesLead system level robustness documentation on exhaust sensors with core design and release engineers.
