Swiss Machinist

Job Title: Swiss Machinist Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our manufacturing process through the following key duties. Responsibilities Program and optimize CNC programs for Citizen L20 Swiss-type machines using CAD models and GD&T. Perform full machine setups including tooling, guide bushings, offsets, and bar feeders. Manage shop operations by coordinating production schedules, tracking machine utilization, and minimizing downtime. Oversee tooling inventory by selecting, ordering, and maintaining stock levels for cutting tools and consumables. Ensure part quality by conducting first-piece and in-process inspections with precision measurement gauges. Troubleshoot issues related to programming errors, machine alarms, tool wear, and dimensional variations. Essential Skills 5+ years CNC Swiss machining experience 5+ years CNC programming experience 5+ years CNC setup experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with Citizen L20 machines Knowledge of CAD/CAM Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with live tooling and complex Swiss machining Experience machining stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, plastics, and/or other difficult-to-machine materials Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
