Develops timely, relevant, and audience-centered content that supports organizational priorities, marketing objectives and business needs, highlights authentic stories, and strengthens engagement, trust, and connection across social media platforms.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:Q=PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops, in collaboration with creative services, social media content, including copy, images, photos, video, and other platform-specific assets.Creates timely and engaging content related to organizational initiatives, marketing objectives, events, announcements, and audience interests.Publishes approved content across social media channels according to established schedules and priorities.Collaborates with internal stakeholders and creative partners to identify stories, gather content, and showcase authentic experiences across the organization.Monitors comments, messages, and audience interactions across social media channels.Responds to routine inquiries and routes more complex matters through established processes.Supports community engagement activities that encourage meaningful conversations, positive experiences, and stronger audience relationships.Monitors content performance and shares observations and recommendations based on audience engagement and platform insights.Maintains awareness of social media trends, platform updates, audience interests, and content opportunities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in X or related field, or equivalent years of experience and educationEXPERIENCEOne year experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
