Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and brazing of aluminum heat pipe components used in aerospace and defense applications.

• Conduct product testing, inspections, and quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.

• Utilize hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques to build precision components.

• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.

• Maintain strong attention to detail while performing repetitive small-part assembly tasks.

• Support quality, safety, and production goals in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical assembly, manufacturing, machining, or brazing.

• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, precision components.

• Blueprint or schematic reading experience preferred.

• Stable work history and reliable attendance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
