SALES ASSOCIATE

Sales AssociateThe Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales at the store. The ideal applicant will have proven success in sales, organization, problem and solving skills. They will also be responsible for maintaining merchandise and store appearance, as well as meeting and exceeding established individual as well as overall store sales goals. Must possess a passion for retail and dedication for advancement within the store team.This is a full-time on-site role located at our Woodbury Commons store, Central Valley. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes assisting customers with styling, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's visual presentation. The Sales Associate will also contribute to fostering a welcoming and professional store environment.Examples of essential duties and responsibilities:Be a brand ambassadorIntroduce the collection to clientsCreate a welcoming and engaging in-store environmentMaintain the store's cleanliness and health and safety measuresInventory compliance and awarenessTrusted key holder responsible for opening/closing storeFully responsible for all store operations and administration when on a shift without the ASM or Shop ManagerThe preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
