Associate Clinical Specialist, Pain Interventions - Charleston, WV

Medtronic seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to support neuromodulation and pain intervention therapies in the Charleston, West Virginia territory. The field-based role involves surgical coverage, patient management, technical support, and clinical education across hospitals and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative technical support, device selection, and programming during surgical procedures
• Manage patient care across clinical phases and educate on product features and benefits
• Deliver clinical support for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care
• Train physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on products and therapies through formal and informal sessions
• Manage inventory, purchase orders, and case coverage documentation across assigned territory

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years clinical or medical sales experience
• Associate degree with 2+ years clinical or medical sales experience, or bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within territory
• Proficiency with Excel, mobile devices, iPad, laptop, and Samsung tablet
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred
• Registered nurse or healthcare professional with sterile environment experience preferred
• Clinical experience with implantable neurological products preferred
