Job Type: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on a full-time 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift. In this role, you will provide hands-on nursing care, support resident clinical needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This position is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a structured clinical environment and is committed to delivering consistent, resident-centered care.

• Provide direct bedside nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effectiveness and side effects

• Obtain and document vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration

• Assist with resident comfort measures and daily nursing care needs

• Perform wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection as needed

• Administer injections and other treatments as directed by clinical leadership

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report findings

• Support and collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred but not required

• Competitive pay: $30–$35 per hour
