Our Core Values: Honoring Commitments Precision Stewardship Being a Great Partner Inspire Others with Your Attitude Finding A Way, despite any obstacles Taking Ownership On-Site General Manager Location: Galleria/Uptown Houston, Texas 77056 Pay Range: $80,000 Employment Status: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven On-Site General Manager to join our growing team. As an On-Site General Manager with RISE, you will provide strategic management, direction, and leadership to ensure the seamless operation of a premier condominium community. This role oversees daily facility operations, including maintenance, deed restriction enforcement, client communication, and project management. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, fostering strong client relationships, and enhancing the overall resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the administration and operations of the Association in alignment with management agreements, policies, and procedures. Manage key areas including property maintenance, deed restriction enforcement, budget oversight, and legal matters. Organize, administer, and attend client meetings, typically in the evenings. Serve as the primary liaison between the Association Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance and deed restrictions. Prepare Board meeting materials, bid comparisons, and other necessary reports. Monitor delinquency rates and oversee the collections process for assigned accounts. Provide strategic recommendations for major capital expenditures to maintain community standards. Act as a professional consultant to the Board, offering administrative, operational, and managerial guidance. Ensure compliance with state regulations, community governing documents, policies, and procedures. Deliver weekly updates on collections, compliance, service requests, and work order activity. Oversee client budgets and manage vendor payments. Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring high service levels, timely resolutions, and effective communication. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address and mitigate potential issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role with direct reports. At least 2 years of property management experience. General understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong leadership and management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong data entry skills. Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Additional Information: All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. FLSA Status: Exempt Status: Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Majority of work will be seated, but requires standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Typical Working Conditions: May require working at any time of the day, evening, or night, including weekends.
