Healthcare Professional Opportunity
Healthcare facility in Stevensville, Montana is seeking a dependable and experienced healthcare professional for a 13-week contract assignment. This is a backfill opportunity for an ongoing staffing need, with an anticipated start date within two weeks of offer acceptance.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining high-quality patient care and professionalism.
Schedule
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights
- Hours: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Rotation: 3 Days On / 3 Days Off
- Facility Work Week: Monday Sunday
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective patient care according to facility standards
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Support continuity of care during night shift operations
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted applicable state license/certification
- Previous relevant clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a contract assignment setting
