At Boomerang Marine and Sports our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun! Our family-owned company is in the 3rd generation of ownership and has been in business since 1951. We are currently looking for a Service Manager for our Melrose, MN location.
As a Service Manager you will use your customer service skills to assist customers and employees to provide the best customer experience while working through any Marine and Powersports service needs. Your innate ability to carefully listen to the customer to identify their needs will help you be able to direct them to the right solution to properly repair and maintain their boat, ATV, or UTV. Your ability to lead and manage people will allow you to meet monthly goals and objectives and ensure the service department is profitable and efficient.

Is highly organized and able to multi-task
Excels in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
Strictly adheres to Boomerang Marine and Sports’ company policies
Boomerang Marine and Sports , with stores in Melrose and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership that sells, services, and outfits boats, ATVs and UTVs. Our employees help our customers find the right solution for their family fun outdoor recreation needs. Our employees provide consultative selling, appropriate financing options, a variety of parts and accessories, and quality service to their boat, ATV, and UTV. We're a one-stop shop for all our customers' needs.
