Description

Engineering team is looking for highly motivated technicians to support accelerated product durability testing. This role is very hands-on; Technicians personally assemble and disassemble vehicle components, build test fixtures, and execute tests. A successful candidate for this role must have a passion to learn and develop new skills. All team members collaborate to develop and implement effective solutions quickly.Responsibilities:Execute tests: setup, perform inspections, conduct maintenance, and retrofitsDocument and report issues identified during tests or inspectionsCollaborate with engineers to resolve mechanical & electrical issues discoveredSupport engineers in instrumentation and data acquisitionAssist and learn from other technicians and engineersAssemble & wire test fixturesAbility to read wiring diagramsWork with fabrication equipment (drills, Band Saw)Excellent written & verbal communication skillsExperience with measurement tools (multi-meters, force gauges, torque wrenches)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
