At Stand Out Home Care, our caregivers are the heart of what we do. We provide personalized in-home care that allows our clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as individuals receiving services through VA and CHOICES programs. WHAT WE OFFER $16.00-$17.50 per hour Weekly pay Full-time and part-time opportunities Paid time off begins accruing after your first 30 days 90-business-day performance evaluation Insurance benefits available after your first 60 days Opportunities to work with clients throughout Tennessee Supportive office and scheduling team Opportunities for continued growth as our company expands CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES Assist clients with activities of daily living Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders Companionship and supervision Running errands and assisting with daily routines Following individualized client care plans Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required Dependable, professional and compassionate Strong communication skills Ability to follow client care plans and instructions Reliable transportation Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings Ready to Stand Out?
