We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused individual to support excavation and site preparation activities on active construction projects. In this role, you will work alongside skilled operators and crew members to help maintain efficient, organized, and safe job sites. • Assist with excavation, trenching, grading, and site preparation tasks as directed.
• Support equipment operators and crew members with ground-level activities.
• Monitor work areas for safety concerns and help maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Perform basic labor duties such as moving materials, clearing debris, and setting up work areas.
• Help with locating utilities and protecting surrounding structures, tools, and materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate clearly with team members.
• Use hand tools and small equipment safely and appropriately.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and all applicable site regulations.

• Previous construction, excavation, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and direction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction site practices is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed for the role.
