Ticket Office Internship - Intercollegiate Athletics

Athletic Ticket Office Manager
Manage the day to day operations of the athletic ticket office.

Provide optimum customer service at all times.
- Assist in season ticket sales, renewals, and mailings.
- Communication with fans via phone, email, text, and in-person to answer questions and sell tickets.
- Execution of game day ticketing sales and distribution.
- Manage and coordinate all charitable donation requests.
- Fulfill athletic department ticket requests.
- Player pass list/compliance management using Jumpforward website.
- Utilization of Paciolan computerized ticketing software and Salesforce CRM.
- Other duties as assigned by Ticket Sales Coordinator and Ticket Operations Coordinator.
Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills required.
- Comfortable talking on the phone with customers.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle money and make change quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous work experience in a ticket office or university athletic department preferred.
