Three Oaks Inc. is a construction contractor delivering U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects, and we’re hiring a QC and Safety professional to keep our jobs built right and built safe.

In this role, you’ll serve as QC Manager and/or Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) on USACE projects. You’ll run the three-phase control process (preparatory, initial, and follow-up), complete daily QC reports, and manage submittals, testing, and deficiency tracking. On the safety side, you’ll develop and enforce Accident Prevention Plans and Activity Hazard Analyses per EM 385-1-1, lead safety meetings, conduct site inspections, and handle incident reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a USACE CQM-C certification (or can obtain one), OSHA 30-Hour Construction, and First Aid/CPR, and has working knowledge of EM 385-1-1. You should have 3+ years of construction QC or safety experience, preferably on federal work, along with strong documentation and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and live on the road for extended periods are required.

We offer competitive pay, per diem on travel assignments, and health insurance after 60 days. Work is at various project sites.
