Shift Requirements: 5x8's 7:00-15:30. Certification Requirements: BLS. Scrub experience required. Level 1 trauma experience preferred.

Skillset Requirements: Trauma experience preferably in a Level I trauma center. Surgery cases: General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, ENT Required. Neuro EXP Required - Adult Exp OK. Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years.

Unit Information: Level I trauma center with the following specialties: ENT, Urology, Plastics, General Surgery, Orthopedic, Trauma, and Neurosurgery. Types of surgical procedures range from minor procedures to very complex procedures including ECMO, burn procedures, tumor resections, and trauma procedures. Pediatric population: neonates, infants, toddlers, child, adolescent, some adults. Equipment: Stealth, DaVinci, ROSA.

Local travelers with permanent residence in Indiana, will be offered $15 below the current bill rate.

Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays. If 1 position is available, we can allow 3 submissions at one time. 18 months exp. required, however please refer to job description for any exceptions made depending on the unit License: Must be in hand prior to start date.
