Leidos in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Tier 1/2 Service Desk / Deskside Support Administrator to deliver first-line IT support in a secure enterprise environment. You will handle phone, email, chat, remote assistance, and deskside visits, resolving hardware, software, and account issues while escalating complex incidents to higher-tier teams. You will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot effectively, and work within a mission-focused IT environment at the Intelligence Community Campus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Leidos
