Description

We are seeking experienced Industrial Engineers to support the startup of a new production line. This role will focus on conducting time studies, developing labor standards, and creating work instructions to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

-Perform time studies and analyze production processes

-Develop and document work instructions and standard work

-Establish labor standards and identify process improvement opportunities

-Collaborate with production teams during line startup activities

-Collect and analyze manufacturing data to support operational goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-Previous experience conducting time studies and creating work instructions in a manufacturing environment

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills

-Experience supporting production line launches is preferred

Intermediate - Expert Level

This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
